REFUNDS/ CANCELLATIONS

• If you would like your donation to
•  to be refunded, You must request Augustine Foundation in writing or by email for a refund and Your request must reach within 15 (fifteen) days from the date on which you made the donation i.e. the date on which you:

• • Made the donation online, electronically or through other means, OR
  • Handed over the cheque / demand draft to Augustine Foundation
  •  or someone authorized by Augustine Foundation for this purpose, OR dispatched the cheque / demand draft to  by other means.

Kindly align the  Refund policy to be in line with the services available on the website and include the number of Augustine Foundation days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account. (for e.g. 5-7 working days).
